Some modern software distribution platforms now require disclosing the use of AI. In most cases they only require it for things the players experience, sometimes referred to as forward facing content. They do not however currently support things like ESRB or MPA ratings where you can clarify what was created by AI in a standardized way. Instead they provide a space for each developer or publisher to describe in text how AI was used.

In an effort to be as accurate as possible, I've created both a table of categories here and a text description for how AI was used in the Fracterebus project.

AI Usage
Category Player Facing AI Used Notes
Art Yes No The pixel art in this game was all hand made by me.
Sound Effects Yes No I had to learn how to do this and had fun with it.
Background Music Yes No Hopefully I haven't made anyone's ears bleed.
Voice Actors Yes No There are no voices planned at this time, but AI isn't expected to be involved.
Text Localization Yes Yes I only speak English but wanted to support as many locales as possible with the text in the game.
Game Code No No I enjoy coding and solving problems.
Research No Yes Searching Google always results in the use of AI these days. Most of my searches were for Greek Mythology or information about the features of the Godot Engine.
